Operations Manager AVENTURAAdrian Santana is the Operations Manager at Perlow Kornik Dorot & Bensimon. He is responsible for managing the daily operations of the firm, including workflow efficiency, personnel management, and client relations. Adrian ensures that the firm runs smoothly by streamlining processes, optimizing resources, and enhancing the client experience.
Prior to this role, Adrian worked as a pre-suit specialist for a large plaintiff firm in South Florida, gaining extensive experience in case management and legal operations. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, he earned his paralegal certificate from Florida International University.
Outside of work, Adrian enjoys boating, fishing, and all water sports. He is also an avid traveler and thrill-seeker. The ocean is his true escape, where he finds both adventure and tranquility
