Eduardo “Eddy” Rodriguez is an associate at Perlow Kornik Dorot & Bensimon PLLC, focusing on domestic and international tax planning. His practice includes estate planning, asset protection, pre-immigration tax planning, structuring for foreign investment in U.S. real property, IRS tax controversy, and international tax reporting compliance, including voluntary disclosures. Eddy also focuses on commercial and business transactions.
Eddy was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. During college, Eddy was a member of Lehigh’s NCAA Division I men's baseball team. Eddy then earned a joint JD / LL.M in Taxation from the University of Florida Frederic G. Levin College of Law.
Prior to joining Perlow Kornik Dorot & Bensimon PLLC, Eddy practiced international taxation at the Miami office of a Florida-based law firm.
