Brian Wisniewski is the Litigation Partner at Perlow Kornik Dorot & Bensimon, where he represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of disputes, including civil litigation, will and trust contests, contract and business conflicts, real estate litigation, and insurance claim matters.
 

Brian began practicing law in New York in 2009 and has been serving clients in Florida since 2012. Over the course of his career, he has developed substantial first-chair trial experience and has handled appeals in state and federal courts. His practice is defined by thorough preparation, strategic advocacy, and a client-focused approach that prioritizes communication and practical results.
 

Brian received his Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo. Outside of his legal work, he enjoys cycling, staying active, and spending time with his family
