BACKGROUND
Salomon V. Bagdadi, Esq. is a Partner at Perlow, Kornik, Dorot & Bensimon PLLC, where he concentrates his practice on real estate development and complex commercial real estate transactions. With over fifteen years of experience, Salomon advises developers, investors, lenders, and landlords on the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and disposition of commercial real estate, with particular emphasis on mixed-use developments.
Salomon is frequently engaged at the early stages of real estate investments and development projects, providing strategic legal guidance from site acquisition and capitalization through construction, leasing, stabilization, and exit. He also serves as outside General Counsel to several prominent South Florida real estate development companies, including Newrock Partners and Link Real Estate, advising on both transactional and ongoing operational matters.
In addition to his role at PKDB, Salomon serves as Of Counsel to Capozzi Adler, P.C. in connection with select Florida real estate transactions and matters involving nursing homes and assisted living facilities, maintaining a strategic affiliation focused on these specialized areas.
Salomon is a licensed Florida Title Agent, which allows him to bring a practical, execution-focused perspective to transactions and to address title-related issues with a deep understanding of underwriting, closing, and risk allocation considerations.
Throughout his career, Salomon has structured and negotiated sophisticated real estate development transactions, commercial loan facilities and other debt financing, commercial leases, and title insurance matters. He is known for his ability to align legal risk management with business objectives, helping clients move projects forward efficiently while protecting long-term value.
Fluent in spoken and written Spanish, Salomon regularly represents and advises clients from South America and Mexico, and has extensive experience navigating cross-border real estate investments and development projects.
Salomon earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. He completed coursework toward a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation at New York Law School and has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2009.
